| Note: A
$30 Calendar fee per family is also required. This fee is non
refundable and you only pay one fee per family. ie If you register
three players in your family the calendar fee is $30 total.
IMPORTANT FACT: All new players MUST
provide a copy of the child's birth certificate at the time of
registration PLUS any players transferring from another association
that wish to tryout for an OMHA REP team must also provide a release
letter from their last centre and proof of residence.

The CCHL has formalized a detailed refund policy to govern the
2008-2009 hockey season. Please review this policy carefully
before registering for the upcoming season.
