On Line Registration Process:
A new on-line registration is now available
for the CCHL 2008-2009 season. Read the options below
and then click on the link button at the bottom of the page.
1) To register on line, you will
require a password to ensure your family information is kept
confidential. Type in your e-mail address and a password
will be sent to you within minutes.
2) Prior to registering players,
you must first create a Family Profile. Click on the tab and
fill in all your relevant family information.
3) Now complete the registration
information for each player in your family.
4) Choose a payment option,
Visa, MasterCard or cheque. Payment must be received by the
CCHL prior to September 1st,2008 to avoid late charges. Late
fee is $50.00.
Payment Options
Available:
A) If
paying by Visa or MasterCard follow the fully secure link to
“On-line Credit Card Payment” option.
B)
If
paying by Cheque or Cash, simply complete the registration
form on-line and you will receive a confirmation number.
Please record this confirmation number and supply it to the
CCHL with your payment. Registration will not be processed
until your cheque or cash has been received by the CCHL.
You have 10
days from the date you register on-line for your payment to
be received. Once the payment has been cleared the player
will then be moved to full registration status.
Registration cannot be finalized if payment is
not received within 10 days and the player will be removed
from the database.
Your initial payment must be for a
minimum of half of your registration total and a postdated
cheque may be submitted at the same time for the remaining
half.
